CONSTITUTION OF Institute - Industry Cell :
Objectives: The institute has emphasized on institute- industry relation whicp plays a major role in its growth. Institute- industry interaction is required for joint research of academia with industry and also for talent and potential of the institute. The committee will sit for meeting at least twice in a year. The activities but not limited to are :
> Consultancy by faculty members for industries.
> Training industry people through various short term courses, workshops, FDPs etc.
> Utilize industrial testing facilities by faculty members.
> Experts from industry in curriculum design, delivery and assessment, Board of studies.
> Academic counciJ and Board of Management Joint research program and field studies by faculty members and experts from industry
> Industrial training and professional training of faculty members
> R & D Laboratories and centre of excellence sponsored by industries
> Address the student group about industry opportunities & industry requirements
> Strengthening Alumni relations
> Assisting the Trainjng and Placement Assisting the Departments in establishing rapport with industries for taking up projects
> Identify industrial partners for proposing Centre for Excellence.
